Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
o 3-5 years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator.
o Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) administration.
o Experience with Linux server administration in a production environment.
o Some exposure to Oracle WebLogic Server administration.
Certifications (Preferred but not required):
o Oracle Database Administrator Certified Associate (OCA) or Professional (OCP).
o Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite certifications.
o Linux/Unix Administration certifications.
Technical Skills:
Solid knowledge of Oracle Database architecture, backups, and recovery processes.
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.1/R12.2) administration tasks like patching
and cloning.
Understanding of Linux operating systems and basic shell scripting.
Basic knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server and its integration with Oracle EBS.
Soft Skills:
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively in a team and follow guidance from senior administrators.
Good verbal and written communication skill
