We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team in Istanbul. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer service and operations, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage day-to-day operational activities efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and service excellence.

• Lead and motivate the operations team to meet performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.

• Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Handle client interactions, ensuring high levels of service and addressing any issues promptly.

• Manage operational reporting and performance analysis.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on operational objectives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
