  • Job Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the coffee shop chain to ensure exceptional customer service and maintenance of quality standards.
 
  • The Operations Manager must work alongside employees in all aspects of the business during the first three months to learn all the details and intricacies to ensure a complete understanding of operations and improvement opportunities.



Duties and Responsibilities:



Daily Management:



  • Oversee daily operations of the coffee shops to ensure operational goals are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and productivity.


Field Work:



  • Work with employees in all roles for the first three months to learn all aspects of daily operations.
  • Participate in preparing and serving beverages and food, cleaning the shop, managing inventory, and customer service to ensure a thorough understanding of the work environment and processes.


Training and Development:



  • Provide ongoing training to employees to enhance their skills and improve service levels.
  • Develop plans for employee growth and ensure they are prepared for higher responsibilities.


Quality Management:



  • Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance to ensure excellent customer experiences.


Inventory Management:



  • Track inventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary materials for uninterrupted operations.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.


Customer Service:



  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly.
  • Foster a culture of excellent customer service within the coffee shops.


Reporting and Analysis:



  • Prepare monthly reports on operational performance and sales.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements:

 




Educational Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.


Experience:
