Major Duties and Responsibilities:
§ Assists the supervisor in planning and executing inbound or outbound operation
§ Assists supervisor in attaining the KPI targets like service level, productivity and on time delivery
§ Assist in the Processing of store orders, order revisions, store requests for special orders or deliveries
§ Participate in delivery routing planning and help in preparation of daily delivery planning.
§ Assist in Handling Customer complaints
§ Assists the supervisor to make sure that inventory accuracy is achieved
§ Handles all documentation and communication for smooth daily operations.
§ Make sure that delivery is made on time to the customer.
§ Makes sure that the team adheres to the DQMO standards.
§ Ensures that all safety measures are enforced in the DC.
§ Ensure the correctness of WMS and Physical Records - For all switchover products, out of stocks and toys
§ Assists Supervisor in physical inventory.
§ Performs daily pick phase expiry checks, maintains records and escalates any issues to supervisor immediately.
§ Implement Pallet Control and Procedures.
§ May be necessary to undertake tasks not covered in the above and will be discussed, agreed and managed as and when required.
Qualifications
Behavioral Competencies
· Knows how to speak, read and write English
· At least 10th Grade or 2nd year College
· At least 2 years of warehouse experience
· Team player
