An Operational Executive is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, ensuring efficiency in processes and coordinating with different departments to enhance productivity. They play a crucial role in optimizing workflow, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth execution of operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Management: Monitor and improve day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Logistics Coordination: Oversee supply chain, inventory management, and shipment processes for timely delivery.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Client Acquisition & Sales: Proactively identify and engage potential customers to promote logistical services and negotiate favorable contracts.
Vendor & Client Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth transactions and service delivery.
Team Supervision: Assist in managing teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring operational goals are met.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and maintain accurate records.
Issue Resolution: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
Performance Monitoring: Track key operational metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Budget & Cost Management: Assist in controlling operational expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years in an operational role, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or business operations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, ERP software, and logistics tools.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to resolve operational challenges.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for internal and external coordination.
Time Management: Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What we offer:
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: QAR 3,000.00 – QAR 5,000.00 per month
