Odoo Specialist

We are looking for an ERP Specialist with a strong background in the retail sector, adept in Odoo ERP, Python programming, The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of financial, inventory, supply chain, e-commerce, and HR modules within ERP systems. The ERP Specialist will be responsible for, customizing Reports, and test/debug ERP solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications for ERP implementation.
2. Configure, customize, and optimize Odoo ERP modules, including financial, inventory, supply chain, e-commerce, and HR, to align with retail industry standards and best practices.
3. Develop custom functionalities and integrations using Python language to enhance ERP capabilities and meet specific business requirements.
4. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the stability, performance, and accuracy of the ERP system and integrated Power BI dashboards.
5. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize utilization and proficiency in using the ERP system and Power BI dashboards.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and advancements in ERP technology, Python programming, Power BI, and retail industry practices.
7. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and HR, to ensure seamless integration of ERP and Power BI with other systems and processes.
8. Liaise with external vendors or consultants as needed for specialized expertise or assistance in ERP customization, integration, or optimization projects.
9. Continuously monitor and evaluate ERP performance metrics, data quality, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience of 2 years as an ERP Specialist or similar role, with a focus on the retail sector.
3. expertise in Odoo ERP system, Python programming.
4. knowledge of financial processes, inventory management, supply chain operations, e-commerce platforms, and HR functions in the retail industry.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. Certification in Odoo, Python programming, or Power BI is desirable.
