Responsibilities:
Visit assigned stores, restaurants, or service locations in Qatar. Evaluate the quality of service, cleanliness, and overall customer experience. Complete detailed online reports based on your visit.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills. Ability to meet deadlines and submit accurate reports. Internet access for reporting tasks. Previous mystery shopping experience is a plus but not required.
