Mid-level Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR)- Qatar

Are you interested in using your skills to help shape the Cyber, Security, & Intel space?  If so, look no further.  We are seeking a Foreign Disclosure Representative to join our team of passionate individuals.  In this role you will support challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the nation’s security and intelligence mission.

Provides multi-faceted Intelligence support services consisting of, but not limited to, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysts, Identity Intelligence (I2), Biometric-related analysis and production, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Managers (RCM), Special Advisors, Intelligence Analysts, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), and other analytic and target support-related intelligence support services to assigned military units, and administrative support in support of the overall Intelligence mission in support of Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) intelligence staffs and organizations.

Contractor personnel supporting this effort will be integrated into military and civilian intelligence operations and support CJTF-OIR Headquarters, the Combined Joint Force Land Component Command (CJFLCC) headquarters and subordinate units, and the Combined Special Operations Joint Task Force OIR (CSOJTF-OIR) and its subordinate units to accomplish Commander CJTF-OIR Intelligence priorities and taskings.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist military or Government Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) with oversight and implementation of foreign disclosure programs within the HQs CJTF-OIR and subordinate units in theater.
• Assist the CITF-OIR FDO with the release of Classified Military Information (CMI).
• Apply the proper Release/Security & Classification Markings on all disclosures or releases.
• Provide assistance to all FDR's (Foreign Disclosure Representatives), and CITF-OIR staff when questions arise pertaining to Foreign Disclosure.
• Assist subordinate commands and/or staff personnel with Guidance on Foreign Disclosure policies and procedures.
• Compile metrics to include how many documents have been processed, at what classification level and to whom they have been pushed to.
• Assist FDO with the development of periodic Foreign Disclosure Representative training materials.
• Assist the FDO with initial and annual/refresher foreign disclosure training.
• Provide an activity report rolling up all weekly activities.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Specialized Training: Completion of DIA DIE FDO Course (Tampa) and USCENTCOMFDO training TAW USCENTCOM REGULATION 380-5
• Able to work independently with or without supervision, willing to deploy, work extended hours in a high OPSTEMPO
• Familiarity with USCENTCOM’s Area of Operation
• Thorough knowledge of National Disclosure Policy
• Able to conduct policy research on US classified systems
• Thorough knowledge of Records of Action 

Clearance Required: 

• TS/SCI

Minimum Education: 

• Associate Degree OR four years direct relevant intelligence, security or FDO experience 

Minimum Years of Experience: 

• At least two years Foreign Disclosure experience; at least two years as an intelligence analyst
