The Position


As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting Novo Nordisk’s Obesity products and securing sales and business growth in your assigned territory. You will execute sales effectively, efficiently, and ethically and establish strong relationships with customers.


Your main accountabilities are:


• You will promote and sell our products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other public institutions


• You will develop and implement sales strategies to reach potential customers and manage existing customer relationships


• You will visit specialists, physicians, pharmacies, and distributors to assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services


• You will respond to customer inquiries, negotiate prices and delivery times, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets


• You will identify and contact prospective customers to build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business


Qualifications


As a Medical Representative, you are expected to obtain and communicate market information effectively. In addition, you need to have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and exceptional teamwork abilities.


To be successful in this role, you should have:


• A bachelor's degree in pharmacy or medicine


• Minimum 2 years’ of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical sector, with Valid residency in Qatar


• Experience in the Diabetes & Obesity market is a plus


• Proficiency in both written and spoken English


• Excellent command over both written and spoken Arabic is a mandatory requirement.


About the Department


You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar, as part of the team you will be responsible for promoting Novo Nordisk products and having exposure to our portfolio vision, business strategies, and critical market insight that contributes to changing Obesity forward. The team has a highly engaged and experienced Medical Representatives.
