Main Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance, repair, and installation activities.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
Plan and allocate tasks to technicians and workers for efficient workflow.
Inspect mechanical systems, equipment, and components for proper operation and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor and ensure timely completion of maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs.
Troubleshoot mechanical failures and provide technical solutions to resolve issues.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of work progress, inspections, and equipment maintenance.
Conduct safety briefings and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) regulations.
Train and mentor technicians on mechanical procedures and best practices.

Essential Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in supervising mechanical projects, maintenance, or construction.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
