الوصف الوظيفي

  • Evaluate materials and develop machinery and processes to manufacture materials for use in products that must meet specialized design and performance specifications. Develop new uses for known materials. Includes those engineers working with composite materials or specializing in one type of material, such as graphite, metal and metal alloys, ceramics and glass, plastics and polymers, and naturally occurring materials. Includes metallurgists and metallurgical engineers, ceramic engineers, and welding engineers.
  • Responsible for developing new methods of testing, training technicians and lab workers, maintaining inventories and ordering supplies. Engineers must also stay up-to-date on industry standards, government regulations and new developments in their field.
  • Job duties include analyzing materials and data, conducting tests, troubleshooting, monitoring performance, insuring quality control and creating documentation.

المهارات

  • Bachelor's degree (entry-level); master's degree (advanced positions).
  • With 5 to 10 years of experience.
  • With ID & Fit Out medium range experience.
  • Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Quality Control Analysis - Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
  • Management of Material Resources - Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.
