Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Master Planning Engineer to join our Design Section. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience in Master Planning, particularly with large-scale urban and regional development projects. The Master Planning Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing urban development projects, ensuring the integration of sustainable infrastructure and land-use strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the development of comprehensive Master Plans for urban and regional projects.
  
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between design, planning, and infrastructure development.
  
• Create and refine land-use plans, integrating urban design principles and infrastructure systems.
  
• Utilize GIS, AutoCAD, and other planning and modeling tools to prepare and present planning solutions.
  
• Conduct feasibility studies and assess the environmental, economic, and social impacts of development proposals.
  
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders and clients.
  
• Ensure compliance with local planning regulations, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.
  

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
   
2. Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Master Planning, with a focus on large-scale urban and regional projects.
   
3. Skills:
   • Strong proficiency in urban design, land-use planning, and infrastructure development.
     
   • Expertise in GIS, AutoCAD, and other planning and modeling software.
     
   • Solid understanding of zoning regulations, environmental impact assessments, and sustainability principles.
     
4. Additional Attributes:
   • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex plans clearly and effectively.
     
   • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
