Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products or services.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and websites.
Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, banners, and advertisements.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity.
Ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's brand guidelines and messaging.
Plan and execute company events, trade shows, and webinars.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful event execution.
Analyze marketing data to understand the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
Develop strategies to engage and retain customers.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback on various platforms.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
