Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7–10 years of high-end retail experience is strongly preferred.
Proven track record in marketing for high-end luxury brands.
Experience crafting and implementing VIP-centric marketing strategies.
Strong creative ability to design unique and premium VIP experiences.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey a brand’s luxury ethos.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Deep understanding of luxury products and market dynamics.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Full-time position with flexibility for additional duties as required.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
A portfolio demonstrating relevant experience is an advantage.
