We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:


  1. Strategic Planning:


    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to promote the company's real estate properties and services.
    • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.
  2. Campaign Management:


    • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, social media, and events.
    • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  3. Brand Development:


    • Enhance and maintain the company's brand identity through consistent messaging and visual representation.
    • Develop and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and website content.
    • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and industry standards.
  4. Digital Marketing:


    • Oversee the company's online presence, including website management, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
    • Develop strategies for lead generation and nurturing through digital channels.
    • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on website and social media performance.
  5. Event Management:


    • Plan and coordinate marketing events such as property launches, open houses, and community outreach programs.
    • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and event partners.
  6. Team Leadership:


    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  7. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:


    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry stakeholders.
    • Gather feedback and insights to refine marketing strategies and improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIM, CAM) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the real estate sector.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, content management systems).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of team development and management.
