What you will do:
• Define and manage brand positioning to increase brand power for Automotive, Electronics and Watches
• Develop advertising campaigns, media plan, contact strategy including:
o Offline media
o Digital media including website and social media strategy development
o Owned media such as POS, local special events for branches
o Brand management encompassing sponsored events, national events, Ramadan, National day, Motorsports, etc.
o Develop and pilot marketing efficiency monitoring, ROI, PDCA
o Regular updates on showroom and dealer channel branding requirements
o Monthly marketing reports on activations and results
o Liaise with Blue Rewards to list DOMASCO brands and implement loyalty offerings
o Subsidy management and initiate claims receivable from principal brands
• Define and develop all entity events for internal and external stakeholders, including media
o Lead brand corporate identity definition and implementation
• Manage the online product catalogue, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels
• Implement features and functionalities that improve customer satisfaction, such as live chat, customer reviews, and personalized recommendations
• Lead marketing performance efficiency PDCA
• With a focus on After Sales, drive operational direct marketing/ CRM marketing and one to one marketing for cost efficiency and increased retention with development of efficient monitoring of ROI and PDCA
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales data, conversation rates, traffic, and customer behavior
• Support (with the Head of Business) the relation with the OEM (principal), establish close relationship to maximize the partnership, to secure Qatar market voice of the customer, influence decisions that could affect DOMASCO business

What equips you for the role:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• 7 years Marketing experience with 5 years in a similar role
• GCC experience, Qatar experience preferred
• Automotive Experience is preferred
• In depth understanding and expertise in all aspects of social media marketing
• Strategic and structured business and marketing understanding
• Data driven outlook with focus on sales results and measurable KPIs
