Key Accountabilities
Brand Value & Corporate Identity
• Assist the implementation, monitoring and review of marketing activity in the position’s assigned area in accordance to set branding guidelines in order to ensure CB aspired corporate image is adhered to.
Marketing Material
• Contribute to the preparation and supervision of the marketing communication activity materials, according to the brand guidelines and business needs in order to support CB marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that communication and marketing materials are being prepared according to the brand guidelines and business needs.
• Administer the delivery of marketing and branding materials from internal and external sources on time and on budget.
Media Management
• Coordinate & communicate with the Marketing Agency on all CB owned and bought media schedule for all relevant parties, in order to ensure that all collaterals are updated regularly and all media slot can be utilized optimally to add value for the business.
Internal Collaboration
• Conduct and report ongoing communication status with internal stakeholders (such as but not limited to marketing communication & line business team), in order to ensure smooth collaboration in the marketing communication activities to create optimal result.
• Provide the necessary internal support to the department with matters related to scheduling meetings, translation (in collaboration with dedicated translator if needed), formatting, printing and compiling presentations.

• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international leading practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Statements and Reports
• Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to meet CB and department requirements, policies and standards.
Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment
• Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
