About the Role
Translate the organization’s strategic objectives into training department’s objectives, establish policies to focus training activities and guide decision-making. Create strategic and operational training plans. Develop a strategic training budget to support organizational objectives. Manage the Training Need Analysis (TNA). Work closely with Business and HR leadership to understand the current and future requirements to develop and implement appropriate solutions across QAS. A central point of contact for all department managers for consultancy support and advice relating to training needs.
