About the Role
We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our financial strategy and business transformation initiatives. As a leader in Business Finance, you will play a pivotal role in aligning financial operations with organizational goals, leveraging advanced technology and AI-driven insights to enable data-driven decision-making. Your leadership will drive efficiency, digital innovation, and growth, positioning our organization as a future-ready leader in the industry.
Key Accountabilities

• Lead the strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape business strategies that are informed by robust financial analysis and predictive insights.
• Manage and mentor a dynamic finance team (5–10 members), fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Champion the adoption of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, machine learning, and AI technologies to streamline reporting and decision-making.
• Oversee digital transformation projects, driving efficiency and operational improvements across finance functions.
• Analyze economic and statistical data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Ensure financial compliance and governance, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and dependability.

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Proven leadership experience (minimum 8 years’ experience, at least 5 years in managerial role) in managing portfolios, projects, and finance functions at a senior level.
• Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and modeling, with a solid understanding of economics and statistics.
• Proficiency in BI tools, machine learning, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts with impact.
• A track record of fostering adaptability and openness within teams to embrace change and innovation.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and align with stakeholders on business objectives.
