Job summary
Person should have very strong knowledge of end to end Loyalty program and functionality. Should understand business logic and can introduce/implement or create the product from scratch
Responsibilities
1.Prepare draft and review requirements specification.
2. Analyse requirements.
3.Liaison with business users to study the existing processes and systems analyse the requirements and propose new improvements.
4.Prepare reports using various statistical methods and present to business users and IT management.
5.Present requirements in a form which can be used by the developers to implement the functionality.
6. Prepare use cases and develop test cases for UAT.
7. Review requirements artefacts and test cases developed by the team.
8. Perform other duties and functions deemed necessary by the Company for the purpose of the company projects services and solutions.
