Job Purpose:
Post-award contract administration of Project EPC contract.
Key Accountabilities
(Duties include but not limited to):
1. Responding to letters received and initiating new letters, facilitating inputs and review from the relevant stakeholders (as applicable).
2. Facilitate the change management evaluation and approval process, including drafting Change Orders.
3. Monitoring and ensuring EPC contractor’s compliance with EPC contract (technically and commercially).
4. Monitoring EPC contractor’s insurance and securities validity.
5. Payment milestone verification.
6. Maintaining registers for all contract matters, e.g., letters, change management, insurances etc.
7. Contribute to periodic project reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quantity surveying or law.
Knowledge and/or Experience:
Must possess a minimum of at least ten (10) years post award contract management experience for major oil and gas construction projects.
