You will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of data governance frameworks and policies within ERP (Oracle Fusion) Transformation project. Analyze data migration requirements and lead any specific data stream within Finance, Procurement & HR landscape as part of ERP transformation project. Work with various departments to ensure compliance with data management regulations and standards, as well as to promote data quality, integrity, and security across all data assets or systems. This role plays a key role in analyzing, interpreting and presenting data related issues to the ERP systems.
Roles and Responsibilities Contribute to the data governance framework for QR back office (Finance, Procurement, HR, Retail) processes by implementing and maintaining new data models to achieve compliance with new standard ERP (Oracle Fusion) data frameworks. Document data migration processes and procedures as part ERP Transformation project. Contribute to the development of data cleansing and migration strategies to the new ERP system by reviewing current data models vs new ERP data requirements and applying new data requirements. Contribute to select/adopt tool-based data migration methodology in the ERP transformation program by analyzing and comparing tools / applications dedicated to data clean-up for decision making purposes. Collaborate with the ERP implementation team and business stakeholders to understand data requirements for the new system to ensure appropriate functionality is available in the new ERP. Analyze and assess the quality of data within existing systems, identifying any inconsistencies or gaps and ensure to remove data inconsistencies. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns and anomalies with the help of tools & technologies to achieve compliant data models for ERP data migration. Collect, clean and organize data from various sources within the ERP system to be able to analyze, compare and correct data for ERP migration. Contribute to the development of data governance tools and technologies to streamline processes. Build and nurture partnerships with cross-functional departments, connecting them as ‘One Team’ to deliver the ERP project. Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of data management/migration initiatives. Maintain data glossary and reports repository for compliance. Lead cross-functional teams in defining and standardizing master data definitions, hierarchies & attributes. Contribute to the design and implementation of master data workflows, processes and control to optimize data management operations. Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience with at least 2 years in a data governance role. Proven experience in in influencing and collaborating with senior leadership Experience in facilitating workshops (i.e., design thinking), focus groups or other collaborative sessions to gather feedback and drive alignment
Command of English language, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise and compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences Strong understanding of data governance principles, methodologies, and best practices Strong understanding and exposure to ERP systems and enterprise solutions Proficiency in utilizing various communication channels and tools including digital platforms to enhance engagement and reach Proficiency in Project Management methods/tools with ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently Sensitivity and awareness of organizational culture dynamics with experience in fostering inclusivity and navigating cultural nuances in communication and change initiatives Experience with data governance tools and technologies Additional certifications (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional) Industry specific regulations, compliance requirements or standards relevant to ERP transformation Experience with master data management, data migration tools and technologies Expertise in software delivery best practice related to Oracle Fusion ERP implementations Proven track record of successfully leading master data management or data migration initiatives in a complex organizational environment
