Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest laundry and dry-cleaning services with precision and care.
• Deliver laundered items promptly and professionally to guest rooms.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the laundry department.
• Respond to guest requests efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
• Ensure proper handling of delicate fabrics and special laundry instructions.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
• Previous experience in laundry services within luxury hospitality or a similar environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of fabric care, garment handling, and operating laundry equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move laundry items as required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
