COUNSELLOR NEEDED IN QATAR - AUGUST 2025
Primary Counsellor
Age Group: Primary School
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Counselling or similar and qualified teacher status
Preferred experience: At least 3 years in IB but other backgrounds considered
The school simply looks for good teachers who are willing to adopt the IB philosopy of teaching
Package: Monthly tax free from about QR10000 to about QR15000 plus free single occupancy apartment (not shared) and free flights, utility allowance, medical insurance and more. An IB teacher should be an adaptable and inspiring educator, with the ability to deliver a coherent, integrated, broad, inquiry-based programme. He/she should be an outstanding teacher, learner, motivator and communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills, and should be capable of preparing students for international programmes in a stimulating, challenging and well-organised learning environment. He/She should be able to provide professional expertise, high quality teaching and learning, make effective use of resources and ensure improved standards of learning and achievement for all students. Applicants are preferred to offer IB experience, although not essential, and must be willing to work in a learning environment which is both multicultural and international.
