Italian Speaking Restaurant General Manager - Luxurious 5-Star Hotel

Apt Resources is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our client, a Luxurious 5-star hotel in one of the countries in GCC. In this role, you will lead the restaurant’s operations and ensure an extraordinary dining experience for guests. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, managing a talented team, and implementing strategies to meet service excellence standards. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for fine dining, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the restaurant industry.

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance restaurant performance, including increasing guest satisfaction, maintaining high standards, and achieving financial goals.
• Manage budgets, analyze financial data, and prepare reports to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure that all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are strictly adhered to at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure menu items and beverage offerings align with guest preferences and standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
• Coordinate and oversee special events, private dining, and other restaurant functions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key guests, vendors, and suppliers.
• Manage inventory control, ordering, and vendor negotiations.
• Ensure the restaurant operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
