Position Overview:

The IT Technician is responsible for maintaining IT hardware and software, including troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, setting up computer networks, and assisting employees and customers with IT-related problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configures software and hardware issues.
• Repairs and replaces damaged computers and network components.
• Supports people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices.
• Experience with various operating systems and networking.
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with IT hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Practical knowledge of setting up and maintaining computer networks.
• Exposure to customer service and support in an IT context.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional degree/diploma in a related field.
• Good knowledge of IT procedures and standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Service and customer orientation.

Contract Duration : 3 months

Starting Date : 01st Nov’2024
