IT Project Manager

Job Summary

An IT Program/Project Manager will have a strong background in the automotive dealership business and/or OEM operations to lead and execute technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate should be certified in project management methodology (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2), Agile or Scrum, and have proven experience in successfully executing end-to-end delivery of large scale programs. He/she should also possess knowledge of technology architectures such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Informatica or similar platforms to ensure seamless system implementation and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT programs and projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project charters, work plans, schedules, budgets and resources planning.           
• Identify project risks, create mitigation plans and resolve issues effectively.                                            
• Track project progress and report regularly to all involved stakeholders and drive project steering committee meetings.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery of technological solutions.
• Conduct stakeholder reviews to ensure project goals and deliverables are aligned with organizational priorities.
• Facilitate organizational change management.
• Expertise in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Informatica or similar platforms to ensure successful and seamless delivery.
• Establish and maintain project management standards, templates and methodologies across the organization.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder communication regarding program and portfolio updates.
