  • Achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with AAM plans.
  • Managing, directing and monitoring vehicles insurance activities.
  • Working with Vehicle Sales in establishing the vehicle insurance schemes across all sales channels.
  • Working with insurance companies to structure vehicles insurance schemes for AAM sales channels.
  • Maintaining regular communication and meetings with insurance company.
  • Monitoring the performance of the vehicle insurance schemes across all channels.
  • Reviewing monthly statement received from insurance companies and coordinating with finance department to release the payment.
  • Working closely with Vehicle Registration team on the accuracy of the insurance policies issued
  • Daily review and verification of all vehicle policies issued. Preparing the required reports that are related to the Depts.
