Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.

4. Performance Management & Training
Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in setting employee goals and KPIs.
Identify training needs and oversee employee development programs.
Conduct leadership and soft skills training as needed.
5. HR Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Assist in manpower planning and organizational development.
Analyze HR metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
RequirementsBachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
