- Strategic HR Planning: Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Designing and executing effective recruitment strategies.
- Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and facilitating conversations.
- Performance Management: Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching to employees.
- Training and Development: Identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and other development initiatives.
- Compensation and Benefits: Developing and managing compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures and employee benefits packages.
- HR Policy Development: Adapting, creating and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Designing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
- HR Analytics: Utilizing data and analytics to drive HR insights and inform decision-making.
- Change Management: Leading organizational change initiatives and managing the impact of change on employees.
- Legal Compliance: Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (Qatar/KSA) to ensure HR practices are compliant.
Requirements- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law (Qatar/KSA) and HR best practices
