Job Summary: We are looking for a smart and dynamic individual to join our company as an HR executive. This role demands performing necessary administrative tasks in the human resources department, such as staff management, hiring process, social welfare, and archiving of HR records. It is also important to remain familiar with any changes in employment law. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills are a must as a Human Resources Executive.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
  • Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
  • Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
  • Planning, directing and coordinating the administrative function of an organization.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive, or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of labour legislation
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
