Hilti Store Representative Intern We’re looking for a fresh graduate with a proactive approach and a strong learning agility for the role as
Hilti Store Representative to join our sales team. You will develop your passion for sales, and you’ll develop broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue to offer outstanding service to our customers.

As a Hilti Store representative, you’ll look after our retail store, serving local clients ranging from sole traders to large construction projects. It’s a busy, hands-on role, where you’ll demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services, and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. Between serving customers, you’ll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, accepting repairs and managing cash and inventories.

What you need is:



A bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Bachelor of Engineering is a plus). Superior verbal and written English communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities. Hindi or Arabic language is an advantage. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Analytical, result-oriented, and proactive mindset with a team-oriented, self-driven attitude. Willingness to work in a sales-driven environment with customer-facing responsibilities. Residency visa or family visa (must be eligible to work in Qatar). Career-oriented with strong learning agility and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
