Job Responsibility:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support
- Proactively address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to meet customer expectations
- Identify opportunities for improving the overall customer experience and implement effective solutions

- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-touch or VIP customer service environment

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Relevant experience & background in Marketing & CRM
