Duties & Responsibilities:
- P&L Management: Assume full accountability for the business's Profit and Loss (P&L) performance, including revenue growth, cost management, job profitability, manpower utilization and profitability optimization.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market presence, and achieve financial targets in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for all operational activities, including project execution, resource allocation, and risk management, to ensure the successful delivery of engineering services.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, address their concerns, and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Business Development: Work with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities, pursue strategic partnerships, and lead the development of proposals and bids to expand the division's client base and revenue streams.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, project managers, and support staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain robust quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations and comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Promote a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and regulatory compliance throughout the organization, prioritizing the well-being of employees and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for process optimization, innovation, and cost reduction to enhance operational efficiency, competitiveness, and profitability.

Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related Engineering field (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation)
- Additional degree in Business Administration would be a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of work experience in a similar role, including extensive experience of managing a busy multi-disciplined maintenance facility, along with the provision of site based services within the oil and gas sector.
