As the Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen team and oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation. You will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene, and managing kitchen operations efficiently. Your leadership and culinary expertise will drive the success of our restaurant and enhance the dining experience for our guests.
We are looking for a Head Chef with the specifications below, who should be able to join within 30 days.

Experience : 13 years +
Cuisines : Mediterranean, Southeast Asian, Asian - Mandatory
Italian / middle eastern / Spanish/ pastry – will be plus
Experience in : 5* hotels / standalone
Status : Single Hire
Nationality : Any
Gender : No Preference
Languages : English (Mandatory) & Arabic will be plus
Experience in Multi Regions & Gulf Experience is Mandatory

POS & Inventory system knowledge – Mandatory
