The Governance Analyst is responsible to provide comprehensive, efficient and high-quality governance support across the organization. This role will be predominantly specializing in supporting the implementation of governance policies and procedures keeping the business running smoothly by analyzing delegation of authority matrix, workflow management, and other related governance processes. He / She also provides coaching, training and guidance to key stakeholders ensuring adequate knowledge is shared to users of DOAs, workflows, governance structure, and other governance related documents and developments.
Prepare, develop, and maintain the accountability matrix and delegation of authority framework and oversee its implementation to ensure that all key decisions are taken in alignment with shareholder best interests.
Proactively identify, analyze, and implement DOA and approval workflows by collaborating with business areas to improve effectivity and efficiency of processes.
Identify solution and new workflow logic and condition.
Provide support for any issues connected with approval process areas.
Produce report related to workflow data for process improvement.
Manage the communication, training and roll out of process solutions.
Maintain and play an active role in updating documentation on governance policies, procedures, and processes, including work instructions, procedures, workflow development and configuration, approval access, transaction workflow error support, etc.
To assist and support the Governance function in maintaining a secure system for the management and retention of documents.
Share best practice and contribute to development of practices related to governance systems.
