Under the general guidance and supervision Front Office Supervisor or the in charge of the front office department and within the limits of established company policies and procedures, responsible for the reception, registration, and rooming of hotel guests and providing personal service and special assistance on the needs, wants and inquiries of all guests staying in the hotel.
Preferably an Arabic speaker and very Good in English communication skills (both oral and written). Institute or university graduate with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the same role. Knowledgeable in MS Office applications and Opera hotel system.
