Food Operations Manager

Our client a 5* Hotel based in Doha.
 

Job Description:
 

1. Develop and implement food operation strategies, policies, and procedures.
2. Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of food production and delivery.
3. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations and standards.
4. Monitor and analyze food sales, inventory levels, and pricing to optimize profitability.
5. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and products.
6. Manage and train staff on food preparation techniques, standards, and customer service.
7. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
8. Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly.
9. Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in the food sector.
10. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and promote food offerings.

Job Requirements:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotels, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• In-depth understanding of food operations, production, and quality standards.
• Proven experience in a restaurant and fast food 
• Ability to effectively lead and manage a team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
