Responsibilities

 Technical Support for Field Technicians

 Evaluate requests and assign to the relevant field Technician

 Manage the efficiency of Field Technician pool

 Support field Technicians to complete their assigned tasks

 Review the progress of work and take appropriate actions to complete the tasks as per OLA’s

 Prepare standard operations procedures for field technicians

 Study the request and determine the action required by the field technicians

 Maintain records of all tasks, technician reports and submit monthly report to supervisor

 Make use of Network Management Systems like Huawei U2000 to track KPI’s and generate reports

 Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance activities
