Bachelors Degree or HND in Hotel, Catering Management or Hospitality discipline.
Certified in HACCP on Food Safety & Handling.
8 years previous hotel or club related experience in the catering field, including 2 years in Banquet and Event Management and at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
Management or supervisory experience.
Experience dealing with people from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.
Proficient in written and verbal English Communication.
