As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire restaurant operation, including staff management, customer relations, inventory control, and financial performance. You will ensure that the restaurant adheres to the high standards of service and quality that reflect the luxury brand of the hotel.


Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement service standards and protocols that meet the hotel’s luxury dining expectations.
  • Monitor and manage inventory and supply orders effectively to ensure quality and minimize waste.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints gracefully, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including revenue, expenses, and operational performance.
  • Create promotional strategies to enhance restaurant visibility and attract new clientele.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in the restaurant.
  • Coordinate with the culinary team to create unique and seasonal menus that cater to guests' preferences.
  • Foster strong relationships with guests to maintain loyalty and repeat business.
