Role Overview
Lead the food production team in terms of setting the standards, and guidelines, while ensuring the business KPIs are within the budgets and targets. The role focuses on working closely with Operations Manager in ensuring the kitchen is operating with quality, speed, and accuracy while meeting and exceeding our customers’ demands. The Executive Sous Chef is a leader who provides supervision, and direction and uses their market expertise to grow the kitchen production capacity whilst optimizing operations
