We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and professional Executive Secretary to support our Chairman.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Arabic and English) and possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
They will be responsible for managing the Chairman’s schedule, coordinating business trips, and arranging meetings, including taking minutes and handling all necessary follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the Chairman's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Arrange business trips, including bookings for flights, hotels, and transportation.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring high quality and attention to detail.
Record and distribute minutes of meetings, keeping an organized record of all discussions and decisions.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and efficient follow-ups.
Conduct necessary research and prepare briefing materials for the Chairman.
Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role in Qatar.
Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Technical Skills: Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant software.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with excellent time-management abilities.
Flexibility: Ability to handle urgent requests and adapt to changing priorities with a positive attitude.
