  • Helps map out requirements for the ERP system.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand and define system requirements.
  • Work closely with the stakeholders to expedite the objective of the project
  • Develop project plans, timelines and tracks progress.
  • Ensure the seamless integration with the existing IT infrastructure & business processes.
  • Tests & validate the new software before it goes live.

  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users.

  • Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.

  • Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system

  • Liaise with ERP software vendor to ensure proper service delivery and support

  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Ensure that reporting tools meet the needs of different stakeholders.

  • Perform ongoing improvements & feedback collection post ERP Rollout.

  • Manage deadlines and priorities during ERP implementation

  • Maintain documentation and user manuals 

RequirementsEducation

 Bachelor of Science in Computing (MSc) or equivalent

 Masteral of the same discipline is a plus.

 10 years minimum relevant experience

 Knowledgeable with ERP implementation life cycle.

 Database management & business process is a plus

 Project management certified
