Manage Operations & Maintenance, Testing & commissioning and quality auditing of all Extra low voltage (ELV) systems like, IBMS, Fire alarm system, Access Control, CCTV, Gate barrier and all electrical work related to, Lighting Control system, Electrical LT Switchgear, Control panels, Distribution Boards, MCC, UPS, CBS etc.
Follow up on Electrical works for asset preventive maintenance schedules, reactive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
Regular check and follow up on security incident reports and damages to property for further action and resolution.
Evaluate and oversee the contract management for all Extra low voltage (ELV) and all electrical related aspects, to ensure clarity of scope, requirements, deliverables and timing in line with facilities management strategy and objectives.
Conduct periodic briefings with on-site team/ contractors to follow-up and report on the progress in order to anticipate any possible delays and initiate corrective action to avoid delays.
Regular inspection of the workplace for potential hazards, assess the risks and report potential injuries, accidents and hazards.
Launch a hand-over and take-over protocol from client/construction contractor/Other FM company to Facility management.
Evaluate operational audits and management reviews against SLAs and KPIs.
Liaise and attend meetings with Client, contractors, consultants, and other key personnel to solve electrical technical issues and other related matters.
Prepare specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
Coordinate with Kahramaa to get LOA for any Maintenance activity in substations and Coordinate with Kahramaa shutdown if required whenever.

Facilities management experience in commercial buildings.
Should be UPDA certified and have relevant QCDD and MOI certificate renewal experience.
