Oversee eCommerce site stability and enforce quality assurance protocols.
Regularly test and report on site improvements, new features, and third-party tools.
Monitor and maintain quality checks to ensure processing and shipping metrics are consistently met.
Develop site personalization strategies using shopping behavior, order history, email, and social media interactions.
Maintain an accurate product catalog for the affiliate marketing program and update on an agreed basis.
Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and alignment with the overall business model.

Minimum 5 years e-commerce and online business development experience.
Experience in e-commerce in a management position with exposure in managing the P&L.
Experience in a similar role, managing an e-commerce website across several territories, including content and digital marketing, with experience in retail, sports retail, or fashion retail.
Strong digital project management skills.
