Key Accountabilities 
•  Recording/ allocation of staffs' company's IT assets and software requests.•  Provision of staff support on airside pass and AVOP application/ renewal.•  Administrate receipt of airside contractor's Airside Work Permits and PTWs.•  Manage spares stock within the airfield stores facility. Perform audit of spares against requested, consumed and on hand stock.• Coordinate for external audit of stores with various airfield section teams.• Maintain record of near misses, voluntary hazard and incident I accident reports.• Record internal section meetings MOM with action tracker• Provide support to outsourced local contractor’s airside pass application / renewal, vehicle pass, ASAT, GSAT, AVOP, training schedule• Provide support for pass applications for visiting specialist international contractors with no local office such as ASFT, Winter Grun, and MALMS.• Recording of incoming/ outgoing technical documentations pertaining to QCAR Regulations compliance for Aerodrome Audits and Corrective Action Plans.• Perform administrative tasks based on set procedures and maintain filing systems, categories and manual manuals in share point.•Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department. 
Additional Accountabilities
•Coordinate internal communications within office and site team members.•Attend and take notes at meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and records of communication (Documents, e-mail) to meet the requirements of the team.•Prepare charts and compile reports as needed and ensure that all files are complete and properly maintained.• In consultation with the team generate business documentation, including presentation creation and spreadsheet preparation and distribution.
QualificationsQualification 
•     High School Qualification with Minimum 1 year of Job Related experience •     Bachelors degree or equivalent with no prior job related experience 
•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills.•     Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.•     Client focused and business aware.•     Self-motivated and highly organized.•     Strong interpersonal and team working skills.•     High level of sensitivity and professionalism.•     Self-starter, having the ability to work independently with minimal instructions.•     Proven ability to work under pressure to defined timescales.
