The key responsibilities
Responsible to plan and implement sales and marketing and product development programs, targeted to local and international markets
Increase brand awareness and promote the resort's services and products in ways that strengthens the reputation of the organisation and facilitates its growth
Responsible for the set up and operations of the sales and marketing department of the resort to ensure goals and objectives are achieved
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to ensure organization's goals and objectives are achieved
Develop and recommend resorts positioning and pricing strategy
Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to present standards and industry and economic trends
