A great opportunity to join as a Director of Rooms/ FOH at a Luxury 5 star hotel in Doha


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Rooms to oversees all aspects of the rooms services within our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient operations by managing various departments, including Front desk, Concierge, Housekeeping and Wellness.


Responsibilities:


Develop and implement strategies to optimize room revenue and occupancy levels. Supervise and mentor department heads in Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping and Wellness. Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and packages to drive room bookings. Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and quality standards. Manage departmental budgets and control costs effectively. Foster a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement within the Rooms Division.


Qualifications & Competencies:


Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred). Proven experience in a leadership role within the Rooms Division of a luxury hotel or resort. Strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices. Experience working with multicultural teamsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
