Pattern Development: Create accurate digital and manual patterns for garments across various categories using both traditional methods and advanced pattern making software like Lectra.
Digital Pattern Making: Utilize Lectra software to design and modify patterns as per design and fit requirements. Ensure precise grading and marker making for optimized fabric utilization.
Manual Pattern Making: Develop detailed manual patterns when needed, ensuring precision and consistency.
Fit Adjustments & Alterations: Collaborate with designers and the production team to interpret sketches, specifications, and measurements to ensure proper fit and construction of garments
Required Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pattern maker in the fashion/apparel industry. Software Knowledge: Expertise in Lectra or similar pattern-making software.
Experience in other tools (e.g., Gerber, Optitex) is a plus.
Education: A diploma or degree in fashion design, pattern making, or a related field is preferred
